THREE BROTHERS JOIN DOGS
The Club has secured the services of three brothers to our playing ranks from the Wodonga Raiders Football Club in the Ovens & Murray League.
Jydon, Matthew and Jaxon Neagle are the sons of the late Essendon great, Merv Neagle, and all three are talented players in their own right.
|24 year old, 190cm, 90kg|
|A forward - midfielder who can also play defence.|
|Jydon is a creative, strong, one on one player who reads the game well and kicks goals.|
|Played TAC Cup for the Murray Bushrangers and represented NSW/ACT in Under 18's Championships – 2015, 2016.
|Played with Essendon in VFL.|
|Three time Wodonga Best & Fairest. Represented Victorian Country Senior Side on a few occasions.|
|20 year old, 182cm, 78kg|
|Half back - wingman with great speed, cuts lines and has exceptional skills.|
|Played TAC Cup for Murray Bushrangers.|
|Under 18's Ovens & Murray Inter League Representative.|
|Suffered a horrific injury in August this year playing with Wodonga Raiders (suffered compound fracture and dislocated elbow) but everything is on track for him to be available in Round 1.|
|18 year old, 184 cm, 84 kg|
|Half back - wingman who is extremely tough at the ball, can also play up forward.|
|Represented Ovens & Murray League at Under 18 level.|
|2018 Best First Year Player – Wodonga Raiders Seniors.
|Jaxon is admired for the vigorous manner in which he plays the game, and he like Matthew, has good pace.|
We look forward to seeing Jydon, Matthew and Jaxon in the red, white and blue next season.
The boys will rejoin pre-season training in the New Year.
