WALDHUTER OFFERED TWO

By ZAC MILBANK | Twitter @zacmilbank
Central District defender Josh Waldhuter has been offered a two-match ban for striking North Adelaide’s Brian Fenton in Sunday’s Elimination Final at AAMI Stadium.
Waldhuter, who was reported during the match, was one of several Bulldogs frustrated by the close checking of Fenton, who was employed as a tagger on star Central midfielder Brayden O’Hara.
Bulldogs defender Luke Barmby has been offered a reprimand for engaging in an act of Misconduct with North Adelaide runner Sean Watt. It will be alleged that Barmby, who was reported during the match, pushed Watt nearing the interchange bench. Watt has been fined $300 for provoking Barmby in a verbal altercation.
North Adelaide defender Kriston Thompson has been offered a one-match ban for engaging in rough conduct with Central’s Travis Schiller in Sunday’s Reserves Qualifying Final.
All players have until 9am Tuesday to decide whether they will contest or accept their ban.
