Former Bulldog, Aaron Nietschke, has endured a rough start to his AFL career.
Nietschke ruptured his right anterior cruciate ligament during a training session with the Melbourne Football Club last Friday.
The Melbourne Football Club confirmed the injury will sideline Aaron for the 2019 season. He will meet with surgeons this week to begin the process of repairing the knee, before beginning the rehab process.
We wish Aaron a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him take to the field as a Demon in the near future.
